Peak Health Return Policy:

Our return policy allows you to return products to our store or by mail within 30 days of receipt, except for customer made, personalized or altered items.

Other conditions:

  • Item must be unopened

  • Item must be with original packaging and packing slip

  • If item was received damaged, photos of the product when received should be enclosed.

If your return request meets one of the above conditions you may elect to return the item(s) in one of the following ways:

  • Store Returns: Bring any unopened or damaged nonprescription item(s) along with your online invoice to Peak Health store at Los Gatos, CA to get a credit of the full purchase price(minus shipping*).

  • Mail Returns: Call our store at 844-960-7325 to return items by mail. We will work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund(minus shipping*) are processed accurately. We cannot guarantee a credit for items returned without prior store notification. Shipping fees/arrangements for return items are the responsibility of the customer.
